Chloroquine sulphate is freely soluble in water and the pH of the injection is 4 - 5.5.
Chloroquine phosphate is freely soluble in water and very slightly soluble in alcohol.
The injection has a pH of 3.5 - 4.5.
Chloroquine base 150mg is equivalent to 200mg chloroquine sulphate or 250mg chloroquine phosphate.

tablets to 100mL with a 1:1 mixture of Ora Sweet:Ora Plus.2
