A number of stability studies have been performed on oral liquids prepared from tablets or injection (1,2,3)
Extemporaneously compounded suspensions of glycopyrrolate 0.5 mg/mL in a 1:1 mixture of Ora-Plus/Ora-Sweet or Ora-Plus/Ora-Sweet SF were stable for at least 90 days when stored in amber plastic bottles at room temperature (1)

Alternatives to compounding
Compounding may not always be necessary and commercial bases may not be available. Tablet dispersion or oral administration of the the injection can be considered.
